Important news，"one touch"  7000 meter automatic drilling rig passed the  acceptance

On May 7, 2021, Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CNPC, led thedevelopment of the first set of "one button" human-computerinteraction 7000 meter automatic drilling rig, which successfully passed thefactory acceptance, marking that China has become one of the few countries inthe world that can independently develop automatic drilling rigs.

2.Establish key operation processes such as root, tripping and drilling toolthrowing, and realize automation of string matching, thread cleaning and threadoil application, which can reduce labor intensity and improve the intrinsicsafety of operation.

3.The drilling rig is equipped with a dynamic anti-collision safety managementsystem with independent judgment function. The derrick and substructure arelifted remotely, which can improve the safety level and ability of drillingoperation.

4.It has the function of independent root establishment, which can realize thesynchronization of drilling and root establishment, and effectively reduce theauxiliary operation time of drilling.

5.The derrick substructure adopts oil cylinder lifting and integrated design,which reduces the equipment disassembly time and the number of moving vehicles.
