Introduction of QDP-2200 / 3000 five cylinder drilling pump unit
Technical features：
1.With high power, small volume and light weight, it is especiallysuitable for marine drilling or drilling vessel.
2.Split roller bearing is adopted for connecting rod bottom-end bearingtogether with wrist-pin bearing, crosshead guide plate,ect. It could bereplaced without disassembling the bent axle.
3.The crosshead and crosshead extension are connected with a specialstructure which eliminates the eccentric wear between liner and piston.
4.The new ”J” shaped pump head is of small volume,light weight, sound goodsuction performance and easy assembly.
5.Reducer mechanism is installed externally with motor on the top toimprove transmission efficiency and accuracy as well as save space.
